London Property Forum presents:
THE WINDS OF CHANGE CONFERENCE

How do past property cycles create opportunities in todays changing market place?

Thursday 17th April 2008
3 Noble Street, City of London
(Venue by kind permission of DLA Piper)

A half day event which will explore how the dynamics of the City of London and London property market are changing as we enter 2008 and experience increasing volatility. Join the a selection of Key Note Speakers for a half day series of debates and sessions in which will involve the audience in a practical collection of Sessions to equip all those operating in the property, investment, design and construction sector with ideas and views on how to survive in a changing market place. The content will look at the new rules of engagement for professionals as we exit the current ‘credit crunch’ and discover what the new terrain will look like when we exit.

• How can we learn from the past?
• What will be the new rules of engagement?
• Who will be the winners and the losers?
• What are the opportunities for those involved in the property market?
• Will the shape of cities change?

Spaces are limited and debate will be lively as the rapidly emerging market forces create new challenges, and in turn, new opportunities.
