A half day event which will explore how the dynamics of the London property market are changing as we enter 2008 and experience increasing volatility. Join the a selection of Key Note Speakers for a half day series of debates and sessions in which will involve the audience in a practical collection of Sessions to equip all those operating in the property, investment, design and construction sector with ideas and views on how to survive in a changing market place. Spaces are limited, Chatham House Rules will apply and debate will be lively as the rapidly emerging market forces create new challenges, and in turn, new opportunities.
Format:
Keynote speakers will given 15 mins to present and discuss their Session topics followed by a debate in workshop format to focus on identifying business opportunities and initiatives.
We start at 8.30 and finish by 12 noon with notes prepared and circulated to delegates observing Chatham House Rules (no attribution of comments or content) and refreshments will be served.
